8:25 am    Report of embezzlement.

10:46 am  Extra patrol was requested on Ski Hill road becasue many people were speeding.

12:33 pm  Vandalism was reported at a construction site after a porta-potty was knocked down.

NOV. 4

8:41 pm    Report of 5 people drinking in a parking lot.

NOV. 6

12:41 pm  A woman called screaming that her fiance didn't know where he was, then hung up.  On a callback the woman said everything was fine.  He was just having a flashback.

NOV. 9

7:24 pm    Fire was reported after a kid threw a candle on a woodstove.

It's not always hilarity on The Sheriff's Log.  Sometimes it's just flat boring.  And since this week didn't offer too much in the way of humor, I offer you these from earlier this year...

JUNE 16

2:26 am    Reporting party states that ex-wife just tried to run him over.  They are fighting.

11:19 am  Theft of a wagon wheel from reporting party's yard.  Wagon wheel last seen on Tuesday night and it was painted white and blue.  Have an idea who the suspect might be.

3:46 pm    Cows at large. County.
